What counts as a job?
Any job you book in WATT, whether it is a 20-minute call-out or a six-week project. Quotes that never convert do not count against your limit.
What is a Wattkins message?
One question you ask WATTKINS and the answer it gives back. A single answer often runs several steps behind the scenes; you are only charged for the message, not the steps.
Am I locked into a contract?
No. Plans are monthly and you can change tier or cancel any time. Your data stays yours and can be exported.
Do apprentices and field workers need their own seat?
On Growth and above, no. Team members are unlimited, so every sparkie on the crew can clock on, complete a JSA and upload photos from their own phone.
Is it built for Australian businesses?
